BULOVA X MARC ANTHONY’S VEGAS BIRTHDAY BASH SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: The Bulova X Marc Anthony’s Vegas Birthday Bash Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, officers or directors of Citizen Watch Company of America Inc., d/b/a BULOVA (“Sponsor”), or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on July 13, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 27, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period do all the following four things: (1) follow @Bulova on Instagram, (2) like/favorite the post from Sponsor about the Sweepstakes on Instagram (the “Sweepstakes Post”), (3) tag your +1 who you would like to take on the Grand Prize trip in the comments, and (4) fill out the entry form accessible via the link in the Sweepstakes Post. All four actions are required for a valid entry. Taking these actions requires having an Instagram account, which is free.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time via multiple names, email addresses, Instagram accounts, or any other means, may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings from Sponsor. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry form is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Each entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided on the entry form. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the social media account used to enter.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries, on or about August 3, 2026. Potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry (i.e., the email address suppled on the entry form). No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within 7 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Each winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents”), and winner's guest may be required to execute a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) as a condition of participation in the Grand Prize trip. If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) prize available consisting of the following:
- Two (2) front row tickets to Marc Anthony's concert Vegas…My Way! in Las Vegas on September 16th, 2026 (ARV: $1,085.00 each for a total of $2,170.00 for both tickets, inclusive of all associated experiential items listed below):
- An exclusive Vegas... My Way! show artwork art print (hand-signed & numbered);
- A custom, exclusive engraved gold medallion; a Front Row Experience laminate + VIP lanyard;
- A VIP tote bag;
- A commemorative thank-you note from Marc Anthony signed (reproduction signature);
- Early access to the concert Vegas... My Way! VIP Lounge; express VIP Venue Bar access; access to Marc's Personal Playlist (QR code); and, VIP Entry to Vegas... My Way! After show: Late Night Sessions at NoWhere Lounge, subject to capacity & venue availability. Venue management reserves all rights.
- One (1) round-trip flight to Las Vegas, economy class with possible layover, for each of the two individuals (winner and one guest, who must be 21 years of age or older), travel must take place on dates specified by Sponsor (ground transportation may be substituted if winner lives within 250 miles of Las Vegas) (max. ARV $1,000 per person);
- 2-night stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas from September 15, 2026, and check out September 17, 2026 (hotel and type of room to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (total approx. retail value: total up to $800);
- 2 Bulova Marc Anthony Collection Watches, chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV: up to $1,000 each);
- 1 Dinner voucher (up to $100) to dine at any restaurant at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, with choice of restaurant subject to availability.
Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the combined prize package: $7,070.00. Actual value of individual items in the prize package may vary. Sponsor is not responsible for any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize received. If the actual value of any prize component, including without limitation hotel accommodations and round-trip flights, including but not limited due to departure airport, is less than the stated ARV for such component, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay, compensate, or otherwise make up the difference between the stated ARV and the actual value received, and no cash equivalent or substitute compensation will be provided for any such shortfall.
If winner cannot attend concert on the dates specified, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes and all additional meals, beverages, transportation or other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. Major credit card will be required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. Winner and travel companion must have all necessary photo ID for air travel, and must travel on the same itinerary. All dates are subject to change. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation of any concert or other events beyond Sponsor’s control; if concert is cancelled after travel has been booked, the remainder of the trip will be awarded as the complete prize.
Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or any individual component thereof) of comparable value if any advertised prize or prize component becomes unavailable for any reason.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ADDITIONAL RULES: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason associated with a technical, printing, or other error, more potential winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the potential winners of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of the Sponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sponsor.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York for resolution of any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

WINNER NAME: For the winner name, available after August 1, 2026, send an email to nmorales@citizenwatchgroup.com with the subject line "Bulova X Marc Anthony's Vegas Birthday Bash Sweepstakes" Winner list. All such requests must be received by September 30, 2026.
