For your protection, a signature is required for all orders over $850. We recommend enrolling in UPS My Choice® (free) for status notifications and updates, and to opt for having your package held for pick up at a UPS location nearest you if you are unable to provide a signature on your delivery date.
Shipping - U.S. only
Bulova.com ships to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. We do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time, Prior to Shipping
We try our best to ship orders (placed before 2pm ET) that do not require bracelet band sizing on the same day.
If bracelet sizing is required, please allow up to 2 business days* for your order to be processed prior to shipping, as sizing is handled on demand by our expert technicians. Our complimentary bracelet sizing service is exclusive to Bulova.com.
Orders placed after 2PM ET on Friday will begin processing on the following non-holiday business day.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can also Track Your Order Status on Bulova.com any time.
Please note that severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt UPS services.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please retain all packaging and documentation and Contact Us immediately.
