Both registered and non registered customers can check the status of online orders by entering their order number, email and billing zip code.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, prior to shipping. (Orders with bracelet sizing requested require an additional up to 2 business days for processing.)
Note that orders placed after 3PM ET on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number so that you can track delivery progress.
