Price Matching
If you buy a qualifying watch from Bulova.com, or would like to purchase a watch on Bulova.com and have found the exact same watch for a better price at one of our authorized online retailers, a price match request may be submitted via the CONTACT US page. Select "Question about a product".
Please submit the website link of the authorized online retailer + a screenshot for validation. Upon approval, we will contact you with further instructions. We suggest creating a Bulova.com account to facilitate the process.
If you need band sizing, please be sure to note that as well.
A price match may be requested prior to your Bulova.com purchase, or up to 14 days after your Bulova.com purchase date for a price adjustment, which will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Price Adjustments After Purchase
If Bulova.com (or an authorized online retailer) marks down the price of a watch you've already purchased, we will gladly honor the "better price," upon verification, within 14 days of your shipment date.
Our ability to price match or issue price adjustments is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be identical in model # (color and size)
- The Bulova watch must be in stock at the authorized online retailer and on Bulova.com
- We do not price match any Outlet/Discounted locations
- We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions, promotional offers, coupons or shipping offers.
- We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on non-U.S.-based online retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers and off price department stores.
- Price adjustments do not apply in combination with current or previous promotions
- We will only make one price adjustment per item
- Price adjustments may be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase
